PRESS RELEASE: Jan 11, 2016
Lifecycle Biotechnology, a biotechnology operations and investment firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tejas Plastics, Inc., a large part blow molded plastics manufacturer located in San Antonio, Texas. Upon purchase the name of Tejas was immediately changed to VI Plastics, LLC (pronounced Six Plastics) to be reflective of Lifecycle's focused investments in highly regulated life science industries.
VI Plastics will continue to service their existing industrial customer base while providing opportunities for raw material vertical integration for Lifecycle's other companies. Company president Cody Yarborough commented "We are thrilled about this acquisition because it gives us the opportunity to own and control parts of our own packaging. We will be able to continue pushing our quality systems deeper down our supply chain."
The on boarding of VI Plastics to Lifecycle standards will be headed up by corporate VP and engineer Ron Ghodes. Any questions concerning the acquisition should be directed toward Mr. Cody Yarborough at email@example.com.
